Perion to Announce Third Quarter 2012 Financial Results

on November 1, 2012

TEL-AVIV, Israel – October 25, 2012 – Perion Network Ltd. (NASDAQ:PERI), today announced that it will release its financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2012, on November 1, 2012 prior to the opening of the market.
