INCREDIMAIL TO RELEASE FINANCIAL RESULTS FOR THIRD QUARTER OF 2010 ON NOVEMBER 4

Tel-Aviv, Israel – October 28, 2010 – IncrediMail Ltd. (NASDAQ: MAIL), an Internet company developing and marketing downloadable consumer products, today announced that it will release its financial results for the third quarter of 2010 on Thursday, November 4, 2010 prior to the opening of the market.
