Perion Network to Announce First Quarter 2013 Financial Results on May 13, 2013

Tel Aviv and Seattle – April 29, 2013 – Perion Network Ltd. (NASDAQ: PERI) today announced that it will release its financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2013, on May 13, 2013 prior to the opening of the market. Management will host a conference call to discuss the results at 10:00 AM EDT that day.
