On January 15, 2013, David DeMaria submitted his resignation as Vice President of Business Operations of MoSys, Inc. (the “Company”), effective January 25, 2013, in connection with his decision to accept a position with another company. The Company and Mr. DeMaria intend to enter into a consulting arrangement pursuant to which Mr. DeMaria would provide transitional services to the Company on a part-time, interim basis.
