DUE DILIGENCE UPDATE:
ACQUISTION OF ZAMBIAN COPPER
25[th] March 2011
The Directors of Chrysalis Resources Limited (“Chrysalis” or the “Company”) wish to advise they have signed a deed of variation to extend the due diligence period of the Zambian Copper Project to 29[th] April 2011.
The directors continue to be very positive about the Zambian Copper Project and look forward to a conclusion of the due diligence process by 29[th] April 2011.
For information regarding the acquisition of the Zambian Copper Project and the signed Heads of Agreement please refer to the announcement made by the Company on 27[th] January 2011.

The information in this report that relates to Exploration Results, Mineral Resources or Ore Reserves is based on information compiled by Mr John S Noakes, who is a Fellow of The Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and a Fellow of the Geological Society of London. Mr Noakes is a director of Zambian Copper Pty Ltd, in which he has a beneficial interest in shares. Mr Noakes has sufficient experience which is relevant to the style of mineralisation and type of deposit under consideration and to the activity which he is undertaking to qualify as a Competent Person as defined in the 2004 Edition of the ‘Australasian Code for Reporting of Exploration Results, Mineral Resources and Ore Reserves’.
