NON-RENOUNCEABLE RIGHTS ISSUE – ALLOCATION OF SHORTFALL AND TRANCHE 2 SHARES

Chrysalis Resources Limited (“Chrysalis”) wishes to advise that pursuant to the subscription agreement with Tiger Resources Limited (ASX/TSX: TGS, “Tiger”) the shortfall shares of 10,245,512 and Tranche 2 shares of 11,142,800 have today been issued.

All shares have been issued on the same terms as under the Rights Issue.

The total funds received by Chrysalis from the allocation of the Shortfall shares and Tranche 2 shares (excluding costs associated with the Subscription Agreement) are $1,047,415.60.

The further placement required under the Subscription Agreement for Tiger to acquire a 19.9% shareholding will require Shareholder Approval and will be advised in due course.
