NON-RENOUNCEABLE RIGHTS ISSUE – ALLOCATION OF TRANCHE 3 SHARES

Chrysalis Resources Limited (“Chrysalis”) wishes to advise that pursuant to the Subscription Agreement with Tiger Resources Limited (ASX/TSX: TGS, “Tiger”) the Tranche 3 shares of 10,758,080 have today been issued.

The Tranche 3 shares were approved by shareholders at Chrysalis’ Annual General Meeting held on 23[rd] November 2012. All shares have been issued on the same terms as under the Rights Issue.

The total funds received by Chrysalis from the allocation of the Tranche 3 shares are $537,904.

This completes the allotment of shares to Tiger pursuant to the Subscription Agreement. Tiger currently holds 19.9% of the issued capital of Chrysalis.
