ASX ANNOUNCEMENT
PERTH, AUSTRALIA, 26 FEBRUARY 2016:
Peppermint Innovation Ltd ( ASX:PIL ) wishes to announce the appointment of RSM Bird Cameron as the Company’s auditor in place of HLB Mann Judd.
On 25 February 2016 the Company received written notification from HLB Mann Judd of their resignation accompanied by the written consent of the Australian Securities and Investments Commission.
Under section 327C(1) of the Corporation Act, the Directors of the Company have appointed RSM Bird Cameron as the Company auditors. RSM Bird Cameron were the auditors of Peppermint before the reverse takeover of Chrysalis Resources and provided the Investigating Accountants Report under the Prospectus issued by Chrysalis to acquire Peppermint.
The appointment is to be confirmed at the Company’s next annual general meeting.
