Peppermint clarification
PERTH, AUSTRALIA, 30 NOVEMBER 2021: Peppermint Innovation Ltd ( ASX: PIL ) (“ Peppermint ” or “ the Company ”) is pleased to announce the following clarification in relation to the AGM Presentation lodged before market open today.
We would like to retract the slide 10 of the announcement entitled:
“ WHAT IF” SCENARIO Loan Type Results of bizmoPay Pilot Program ~ Extrapolated Loan Type Results -bizmoPay Pilot Program ~ Extrapolated across bizmoto Agent Base ~ Based on average agents performance per Loan Type received across 45 days”
Whilst we are excited about this potential and look forward to delivering on the promise it presents, we accept the view that it is too early for us to make this extrapolation therefore investors should not be relying on this information as a basis for an investment decision regarding PIL’ shares as PIL does not have a reasonable basis for the potential revenue figures included in slide 10.
