	On March 27, 2015, the Company announced that Joseph F. Beaman, Jr., Executive Vice President and Corporate Secretary of Peoples Bancorp of North Carolina, Inc. and Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer and Secretary of Peoples Bank will be retiring in 2015.
