Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition

Due to an inadvertent error, the Company incorrectly reported earnings per share for the three months ended March 31, 2008 in the Form 8-K filed April 24, 2008. The Company’s basic and diluted net income per share was $0.37 and $0.36, respectively, for the three months ended March 31, 2008, rather than $0.39 basic and diluted net income per share as previously reported. The Company intends to timely file its Form 10-Q for the first quarter ending March 31, 2008.
