Description

Pentanet Limited (‘5GG’) was admitted to the Official List of ASX Limited (‘ASX’) today, Wednesday, 27 January 2021.

Official quotation of 5GG’s ordinary fully paid shares will commence at 10:00 AM WST on Friday, 29 January 2021.

5GG raised $22,460,000 pursuant to the offer under its prospectus dated 11 December 2020 (‘Prospectus’) by the issue of 89,840,000 shares at an issue price of $0.25 per share.
