Date of AGM and Closing Date for Director Nominations

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, Pentanet Ltd (ASX: 5GG) (Company) advises that its 2021 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held at the offices of BDO Perth, 38 Station Street, Subiaco on Tuesday, 23 November 2021 at 10.00am (Perth time).

An item of business at the AGM will be the re-election of directors. The closing date for the receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director of the Company is Tuesday, 5 October 2021, being at least 35 business days before the date of the AGM. Nominations must be received at the Company’s registered office no later than 5:00pm (Perth time) on Tuesday, 5 October 2021.

Further details will be advised in the notice of AGM that will be provided to shareholders and released to the ASX in due course.
