ITEM 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure

On February 18, 2020, Pentair plc (the “Company”) announced that James Wamsley, Executive Vice President and Chief Supply Chain Officer, informed the Company of his intention to resign from the Company as of February 26, 2020. In conjunction with his resignation, and aligned with Pentair’s recently announced new segment structure, the Company plans to transition leadership of operations and supply initiatives to the segments and other current executive leaders.
