Daha önce konuya ilişkin yapılan açıklamanın ekinde belirtilen raporda yer alan ve halka arzdan elde edilen fondan geriye kalan %0,4'e tekabül eden 1.655.017 TL tutarındaki kısım sendikasyon borcunun geri ödenmesinde kullanılmıştır. Böylelikle halka arzdan elde edilen fonun tamamı Şirket'in ilk halka arz esnasında yayınlamış olduğu fon kullanım planına uygun olarak kullanılmıştır.

The remaining 0,4% portion of the fund amounting to TL 1.655.017 obtained from the public offering and included in the report attached to the previous statement on the subject was used to repay the syndication debt. Thus, all of the funds obtained from the public offering were used in accordance with the fund utilization plan published by the Company during the initial public offering.
