PensionBee Group plc (the 'Company') notifies that the following PDMRs have disposed of ordinary shares of £0.001 each in the Company ('Shares') as set out below.
As noted in the announcement of the Result of Placing dated 21 June 2024, following reverse inquiry to increase the institutional ownership of and liquidity in the Company's Shares, Romi Savova, Jonathan Lister Parsons and Mark Wood CBE have placed in aggregate 5.6 million Shares in PensionBee with institutional investors.
