PensionBee Group plc (the 'Company') notifies that Mary Francis CBE, a PDMR and Director of the Company, and Ian Rodger, a person closely associated ('PCA') with her, purchased 18,941 ordinary shares of £0.001 each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of £0.525 per Ordinary Share, to be held jointly. The purchase took place on 21 October 2022.
