As at 31 May 2024, the Company's issued share capital comprised 224,641,308 ordinary shares of £0.001 ('Shares'). The Company does not hold any Shares in treasury. The total number of voting rights attributable to the Shares is therefore 224,641,308.

The above figure of 224,641,308 Shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Shares under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
