Pennpetro Energy plc, the company focused on developing strategic traditional and transition energy projects, announces a shareholder call with management on Wednesday 17th December 2025.

Following two successful shareholder calls, a final call will be held on Wednesday 17th December at 18.30-19.30 UK time with Mavriky Kalugin and Richard Spinks updating shareholders on progress regarding Ukraine and answering any relevant questions. Richard Spinks, Chief Executive Officer of Pennpetro, said: "As a management team we have really enjoyed connecting with shareholders in recent weeks. I feel it is important that we are open and transparent around the work we are undertaking to support returning the Company to trading, along with business development activities.
