Pennpetro Energy Plc, the company focused on developing strategic oil and gas projects, announces that the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") is to be held on Friday 7 November 2025 at 11.00 a.m. at the offices of Capital Market Communications Limited (Camarco), 40 Strand, London, WC2N 5RW.

The Notice of AGM, containing the full details of the AGM and the resolutions to be addressed at the AGM, has been sent to shareholders today along with Form of Proxy and a copy of the Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 March 2024.
