London, 16 September 2022 - Pennpetro Energy PLC (LSE: PPP), an independent oil and gas company focusing on production in the Gonzales Oil Field in Texas, USA, today announces that its Annual General Meeting ('AGM') will be held at 11.30am (UK time) on 30 September 2022 in the Dora Carrington Room, Charlotte Street Hotel, Charlotte Street, London, W1T 1RJ.
