Pennon Group plc ('the Company') - Block listing
Application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 1,900,000 ordinary shares of 61.05p each in Pennon Group plc. Once approved, which is expected by 27 August, shares will be admitted to the Official List and trade on the London Stock Exchange, with admission of the first shares resulting from options exercised expected to be effective from 1 September 2021 onwards.
The application has been made in respect of shares that may be required to be issued, from time to time, pursuant to the exercise of options under the Pennon Group All-Employee Sharesave Scheme, All shares will, once issued, rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company.
