SCRIP REFERENCE PRICE

The Scrip reference price for the fully paid Ordinary shares to be issued to shareholders electing to receive the Scrip Dividend Alternative for the interim dividend for the year ending 31 March 2016, payable on 1 April 2016, will be 882.2p.

The Scrip reference price is calculated by taking the average of the middle market quotations for the Company's Ordinary shares for the day on which they are quoted ex-dividend and the four subsequent business days.  In respect of the interim dividend for the year ending 31 March 2016, this was the period 28 January 2016 to 3 February 2016.

The Scrip Dividend Alternative timetable for the interim dividend for the year ending 31 March 2016 is as follows:
