£125M 4.625% CONVERTIBLE BONDS DUE 2014 - ADDITIONAL LISTING

Application has today been made to the UK Listing Authority for the admission of 2,241,513 Ordinary Shares of 40.7 pence each in the Company to the Official List and to the London Stock Exchange for these securities to be admitted to trading on 7 July 2014.  This application has been made pursuant to the receipt of conversion notices in respect of a portion of the Pennon Group 4.625% Convertible Bonds due 2014.
