Update on Board changes

As previously announced Kenneth Harvey retires as Chairman on 31 July 2015 and is succeeded by Sir John Parker who was previously Deputy Chairman.

In addition Gerard Connell, Non-executive Director and Senior Independent Director, retires from the Board on 31 July 2015.  Gill Rider, who is an existing Non-executive Director, becomes the Senior Independent Director.
