As announced last year, after 10 years as a Non-executive Director on the Board and as the Sustainability Committee Chair, Dinah Nichols will be retiring at the end of the Company's Annual General Meeting on 1 August 2013.  Gill Rider, who was appointed as a Non-executive Director with effect from 1 September 2012, will take over as the Sustainability Committee Chair.  The Company also plans to appoint a further Non-executive Director in due course who will succeed Gerard Connell when he retires at the 2014 Annual General Meeting, after 10 years as a Non-executive Director.
