Issue of B Ordinary Shares of 1p each ("B Ordinary Shares") pursuant to an Offer for Subscription for up to £20 million of B Ordinary Shares with an over-allotment facility for up to a further £20 million of B Ordinary Shares (the "Offer")

Further to the issue by the Company on 4 November 2020 of 663,661 B Ordinary Shares ("Offer Shares") pursuant to the Offer, an application for the Offer Shares to be admitted to the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities will be made shortly and dealings are expected to commence on or around 30 November 2020.
