Offer for subscription update

Further to the Company's offer for subscription for up to £20 million of B Ordinary Shares with an over-allotment facility for up to a further £20 million of B Ordinary Shares, that was launched on 2 September 2019 (the "Offer"), the Company has now received and accepted application forms for £5,000,000 of subscription monies and so the 1.25% B Ordinary Share bonus has ceased to apply.

In accordance with the terms of the Offer, a 0.75% B Ordinary Share bonus applies to the second £5,000,000 of subscriptions monies received and accepted by 31 January 2020.
