As at 28 February 2019, Pembroke VCT plc's capital consists of 18,097,588 Ordinary Shares with voting rights and 38,296,271 B Ordinary Shares with voting rights. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Pembroke VCT plc is 56,393,859.
