Purchase of shares by Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board

London, United Kingdom - Pembridge Resources plc (LSE: PERE) ("Pembridge" or the "Company"), is pleased to announce the following:

Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board, Gati Al-Jebouri, has today advised of the following on-market share purchases in the Company:

10 February  2020  198,132 shares

11 February 2020  120,505 shares

This brings Mr Al-Jebouri's enlarged holding to 13,114,427 Pembridge shares, representing 19.1% of the Company's 68,720,947 Ordinary Shares in issue.

Gati Al-Jebouri, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board said:

"This addition to my shareholding reflects not only my confidence in the long-term prospects of Pembridge Resources plc and the Minto mine, but also my belief of a continuing  disconnect between current share price and the inherent value already within Pembridge. Given the number of positive developments that have materialised since the Company's shares were readmitted to trading last year, I have taken the opportunity that has arisen to purchase shares below the issue price of our latest capital raise."
