Şirketimizin 15.000.000.000-TL olan kayıtlı sermaye tavanı içinde 2.500.000.000-TL olan çıkarılmış sermayesinin tamamı nakden (bedelli) karşılanmak suretiyle %100 oranında 2.500.000.000-TL artırılarak 5.000.000.000-TL'ye çıkarılmasına ilişkin hazırlanan izahnamenin onaylanması için Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'na 20.01.2025 tarihinde (bugün) ekteki taslak izahname ile başvuruda bulunulmuştur.
