Our Board of Directors has resolved to apply to the Capital Markets Board for approval to increase the registered capital ceiling of our company from 1,850,000,000 TL to 15,000,000,000 TL and to amend the article related to capital in the company's articles of association accordingly.
In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this public disclosure statement, the Turkish version shall prevail.
