An application has been submitted to the Capital Markets Board for permission to increase our company's issued capital, which is currently 669,833,746.99 TL out of a registered capital of 1,850,000,000 TL, by 1,830,166,253.01 TL to a total of 2,500,000,000.00 TL. This increase will be covered by 343,702,430.00 TL from retained earnings and 1,486,463,823.01 TL from positive capital adjustment differences.

In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this public disclosure statement, the Turkish version shall prevail.
