Şirketimizin Almanya'da kurulu, Nordstern Düsseldorf GmbH unvanlı şirketi nezdindeki Nordstern projesi için EnFa Investment GmbH ve Date Investment GmbH firmaları ile yapmış olduğu proje ortaklığına bağlı şartlı hisse devir sözleşmeleri edinimler yerine getirilmediği için iptal edilmiştir.

Söz konusu iptal neticesinde şirketimiz Nordstern Düsseldorf GmbH şirketindeki hisseleri %91 e ulaşmıştır. Nordstern projesinin tamamının satışı için bugün itibariyle yatırımcılar ile görüşmeye başlanmıştır.

The conditional share transfer agreements related to the project partnership established for the Nordstern project carried out by our company's Germany-based subsidiary, Nordstern Düsseldorf GmbH with EnFa Investment GmbH and Date Investment GmbH have been terminated due to non-fulfillment of the agreed obligations.

As a result of this termination, our company's shareholding in Nordstern Düsseldorf GmbH has increased to 91%. As of today, discussions with investors have commenced regarding the potential sale of the entire Nordstern project.
