Erft Lofts Grevenbroich projemizde plan tadilatı teklifimiz bugün belediye imar komisyonunda uygun bulunmuş ve onaylanmıştır. Onaylanan plana göre hazırlanan projelerimiz ruhsat alınmak üzere belediyeye teslim edilmiştir. Ruhsat alınmasından sonra hızlıca inşaata başlanması için hazırlıklar yapılmaktadır.

Our proposal for a plan modification in the Erft Lofts Grevenbroich project was deemed appropriate and approved by the municipal zoning commission today. The projects prepared according to the approved plan have been submitted to the municipality for the purpose of obtaining a permit. Preparations are being made to quickly start construction after obtaining the permit.
