Şirketimizin paylarının %100'üne sahip olduğu Peker GYO Global GMBH şirketi bünyesinde devam etmekte olarak Solingen projesi ile ilgili olarak; projede yapılacak olan 75 odalı otelin 14 farklı ülkede 600'den fazla oteli bulunan B&B Hotel grubu'na 20 + 5 yılllığına kiralanması için sözleşme imzalanmıştır. Kira bedeli yıllık 426.600 Euro olup, 5'inci yıldan sonra yıllık ciro'nun %23,5'u baz kiranın üzerinde olması durumunda kira bedeli cironun %23,5'u olarak ödenecektir.
