SUSPENSION OF TRADING

At the request of Poly Development Holdings Limited (the “Company”), trading in its shares has been suspended with effect from 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, 9 March 2010 pending the publication of an announcement by the Company in relation to placing of existing shares and subscription of new shares of the Company.
