FURTHER ANNOUNCEMENT DISCLOSEABLE TRANSACTION IN RELATION TO PROVISION OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

Reference is made to the announcement of CMBC Capital Holdings Limited (the “ Company ”) dated 8 December 2017 (the “ Announcement ”), concerning the provision of financial assistance under the Facility Agreement by CMBCCF, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, to the Borrower. Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms used in this announcement have the same meanings as defined in the Announcement.

In addition to the information provided in the Announcement, the Company would like to further announce that (i) the Borrower is Macro-Link International Investment Co., Ltd, a company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands, and (ii) on 31 January 2018, the Company has been granted with a waiver by the Stock Exchange from strict compliance with Rule 13.15 of the Listing Rules in respect of the interest rate of the Loan.
