SUPPLEMENTAL ANNOUNCEMENT DISCLOSABLE TRANSACTION IN RELATION TO FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

Reference is made to the announcement of CMBC Capital Holdings Limited (the “ Company ”, together with its subsidiaries, the “ Group ”) dated 11 April 2018 (the “ Announcement ”) in relation to the provision of the financial assistance. Unless otherwise defined, capitalized terms used herein shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcement.

The Company would like to provide further information with respect to the arrangement fee in the Announcement:

• The arrangement fee that the Borrower agreed to pay CMBCCF is equivalent to two per cent (2%) of the principal amount of the Loans.

The above additional information does not affect any other information contained in the Announcement.
