FURTHER ANNOUNCEMENT DISCLOSEABLE TRANSACTION IN RELATION TO PROVISION OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

Reference is made to the announcement issued by CMBC Capital Holdings Limited (the “ Company ”) dated 14 June 2018 (the “ Announcement ”) in relation to the provision of financial assistance. Capitalized terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcement unless otherwise stated herein.

The Company would like to further announce that other than the Second Facility Agreement entered into between the Second Borrower and CMBCCF, the Company has entered into separate advisory agreement to provide advisory services to the Second Borrower, and such services are provided in the Company’s ordinary and usual course of business.

The above additional information does not affect other information contained in the Announcement.
