FURTHER ANNOUNCEMENT DISCLOSEABLE TRANSACTION IN RELATION TO PROVISION OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

References are made to the announcements of CMBC Capital Holdings Limited (the “ Company ”) dated 16 November 2017 and 1 December 2017, respectively, (the “ Announcements ”) concerning the provision of financial assistance under the Facility Agreement by CMBCCF, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, to the Borrower. Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms used in this announcement have the same meanings as defined in the Announcements.

In addition to the information provided in the Announcements, the Company would like to further announce that on 6 December 2017, the Company has been granted with a waiver by the Stock Exchange from strict compliance with Rule 13.15 of the Listing Rules in respect of the disclosure of the identity of the Borrower and interest rate of the Loan.

The above additional information does not affect other information contained in the Announcements.
