COMPLETION OF THE DISCLOSEABLE TRANSACTION RELATING TO SUBSCRIPTION OF SHARES

Reference is made to the announcement of the Company dated 30 June 2014 (the “Announcement”) in relation to the subscription of shares in HEC Capital Limited. Unless otherwise defined, the capitalized terms used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Announcement.

The Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Poly Capital Holdings Limited (the “Company”) is pleased to announce that all conditions of the Subscription Agreement have been fulfilled and the Subscription has been completed today. Upon completion of the Subscription, the Company through the Subscriber holds an aggregate of 41,000,000 shares of the Issuer, representing approximately 4.23% of the issued share capital of the Issuer.
