Remarks (if any):

The Company has implemented the Capital Reorganization effected on 3 October 2014 which involved

(i) the reduction of the par value of each issued share from HK$0.10 to HK$0.01 each by cancelling HK$0.09 on each issued share; and (ii) the subdivision of each authorized but unissued share of HK$0.10 each into 10 new shares of HK$0.01 each. For details, please refer to the Company’s circular dated 29 August 2014.
