LAPSE OF THE PLACING

The Board hereby announces that it has been informed by the Placing Agent that no Placing Notes have been placed during the Placing Period and accordingly the Placing lapsed on 6 July 2013.

Reference is made to the announcement of the Company dated 7 January 2013 (the “Announcement”) in relation to the placing of the Placing Notes up to an aggregate amount of HK$100,000,000 by the Placing Agent, on a best effort basis. Capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcement unless otherwise stated.

The Board hereby announces that it has been informed by the Placing Agent that no Placing Notes have been placed during the Placing Period and accordingly the Placing lapsed on 6 July 2013.

The Board considers that the lapse of the Placing will not have any material adverse impact on the liquidity and financial position of the Group.
