Change of Directors

The Board is pleased to announce that Mr. Tam Sun Wing, Mr. Ho Sun Fung, Allan, and Ms. Wu Ching Yan, Stina were appointed as executive directors of the Company with effect from 11 October 2000 and that Mr. Chan Chun Hung, Ms. Wong Kin Ching and Ms. Wong Wan Kuen resigned as executive directors of the Company with effect on the same date.

The Board extends its appreciation to the resigning directors for their past contribution to the Company.
