An application was filed today with the Capital Markets Board seeking the approval of the issuance document. The Issuance Document that is valid for one year regarding our issuance limit application approved by the Capital Markets Board on 01.08.2024 is attached to this disclosure. This Material Disclosure Announcement is prepared in Turkish and in English. In case of any discrepancy between the two versions, Turkish disclosure will prevail.
