Series 1, Tranche 1 Peet Bonds (“PPCHA Bonds”)

Peet Limited (ASX:PPC) (“Peet”) confirms that trading in PPCHA bonds is to be suspended as at the opening of trade on Wednesday, 2 June 2021.

Peet confirms that the following payments in respect to the PPCHA Bonds will be paid on Monday, 7 June 2021:

• final interest payment of A$3.5548 per PPCHA Bond; and

• redemption of $100 per PPCHA Bond.
