PEET LIMITED – EXTENSION OF CLOSING DATE FOR SPP OFFER
Further to the release of the Peet Limited (“ Peet ”) Share Purchase Plan (“ SPP ”) offer booklet on 20 May 2013 (“ SPP Offer Booklet ”), a decision has been made to extend the close of the SPP offer until 5.00pm (Sydney time) on 21 June 2013. This is to bring the close of the SPP offer in line with the close of Peet’s takeover offer for CIC Australia Limited.
In accordance with clause 9(b) of the SPP Offer Booklet, the revised timetable for the SPP offer is as follows:

The above modifies the “Key Events and Dates” table set out on page 3 of the SPP Offer Booklet, as well as associated timing references in that document. Peet reserves the right, in its discretion, to vary these dates further by making an announcement to the ASX.
