Peet and Future Fund Partnership Peet Limited and the Future Fund Board of Guardians have established a wholesale residential land partnership to create new residential communities in Australia’s key growth corridors over the medium to long-term. Under the Partnership, Peet has a mandate to acquire broad-acre residential land in areas of projected population growth around the country, which will be developed into new residential communities principally focused on the affordable market segment. Peet Limited Managing Director, Brendan Gore, said the agreement with the Future Fund marked a new significant long term relationship for the Group. UBS acted as exclusive financial adviser and lead manager to Peet Limited on the establishment of the Partnership.
