SECTION 708A NOTICE – ISSUE OF PEET SECURITIES WITHOUT A PROSPECTUS

Peet Limited (ABN: 56 008 665 834) ( Peet ) has issued an aggregate of 5,237,070 fully paid ordinary shares under the company’s Dividend Reinvestment Plan ( DRP ) and DRP Underwriting Agreement with UBS AG, Australia Branch ( Shares ).

Peet gives notice under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) ( Act ) that:

• (a) Peet issued the Shares without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Act;

• (b) as a disclosing entity, Peet is subject to regular reporting and disclosure obligations;

• (c) as at the date of this notice, Peet has complied with the provisions of Chapter 2M and section 674 of the Act as they apply to Peet; and

• (d) as at the date of this notice, there is no information that is ‘excluded information’ within the meaning of section 708A(7) of the Act.
